Can anoyone out there help me and identify this reel? I am looking to purchase one and I don't know what they are called.

Moosehead .
   The reel is called a stillfish reel it fit on the end of a hollow rod blank the line passes through the blank. a company called National sports supply out of Random Lake ,WI. (Wisconsin ) sells them I will post the phone number and website below
