Got a trip to Caseville In a week and hoping for some ice anyone know?

Haven't heard of any good ice up that way at all this year I'll be checking the dnr site thursday when they update

i have fished caseville most this hear, for this weekend i think the harbor will be froven but the river and breakwall area is still open

i called dicks bait up there thay said 3-4 in in most spots

yeah dicks is off of geiger rd though thats out in the bay area between seb, and bay port, the caseville harbor is a few miles north and usually has a bit better ice from what i have seen

ok in caseville all day sat we dint do real good some were getting lake trout [nice ones ] we were in the marina 8 in,the river had 2-3 in bay 2-3 in ,perch were small seen a few pike and eye`s but not in our pail

Caseville not much there guys went Feb.17th to the 20th there was wicked wind and the waters merky flowing way too fast too. Lake trout are hittin good when its calm i hear. Shanty Fest was fun but the fishin was sad im stickin to the inland lakes. lol
