Hi Ryan,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the update!

I was thinking about heading out there this coming week. Been years since I have been out that way.

Lots of shacks on the ice?  I assume you are catching mostly pike?

This lake doesn’t seem to get many posts but I thought I would update our experience today. Lots of hungry pike from 8fow to 15fow. Lots of small perch and no sightings of walleye all afternoon. 16-18 inches of dark ice but a few heaves in places.
Lots of shacks and lots of fishing pressure on the west side of the lake.

This 26” unfortunately took the hook into his gills and will be beer battered with some fresh cut fries.

Out all day and not a bit. Moved around a bit didn't help. Chatted with a few people and everyone was same. Jan-march been poor all lakes Co's said overall slower winterseason. Seen small.perch 3 feet below the ice but not hungry. May be it for this winter as melting fast.
