live bait in the upper valley??

hey Guys, I have a friend who wante to go out on the river friday and since we can't ice fish for pike, we were going to bobber fish shiners for them. Checked country boys and steves- no one has any shiners. Does anyone know anyone who does this time a year within a 30 mile radius of the lebanon area? I know it's a long shot, but it would be fun and almost like ice fishing i suppose
