I live in RI but have a close buddy now living in Des Plaines and I am just winging it on here to see if anyone would be interested in taking him out. He does not have any gear but will get his fishing license to spend the day out on the hardwater. He recently lost his brother and I am just trying to find things for him to do while keeping it outdoors. If anyone wants to PM me that would be great. If not, good luck to you all in IL!
