moving a shack

i got a heavy shack and i want to move it but there is alot of snow on the lake now and i only have 2 4x4 skids on it so i was wondering if anyone knew of something i could put under it out on the lake thats quick and easy to make it get up and stay on top of the snow. any replies will be nice thanks again and tight lines out there!!!!

get an old axle and bolt it on ,use some old tires,when you get it to the lake you can either deflate the tires or take them off, but when you do just put a 2x6 or some other wood underneath the hubs to keep from freezinf in . thats what my buddy does and has done for years , works great. in the spring put old tires back on and pull to shore either with truck or quad.
