Frabill thermal tip up repair

Any advice to repairing a frabill thermal tip up
The black handle piece broke off

Do they make microstuff for that
I know gorilla glue wont hold

Pkg of epoxy for plastic is $4. I use it all the time. Just used tiny drop on a toothpick the other day to repair a tuner gear on an old radio. JB Weld, 3M, whatever brand.
