iFish Pro 2.0 is marketed as being insulated to protect hole from icing over.
My last outing, my holes still iced over.
My solution? Add more insulation.
The iFish Pro has 3/4” extended lip at the base.
I had a spare 3/4” closed cell foam hole cover.
A little bit of trimming with a super sharp knife.
Voilà! A super insulated iFish Pro!
I’ll report back if successful at keeping my ice holes relatively ice free after this weekend.
