Lake ponemah

I recently moved to the Fenton area. Im looking for any info on Lake Ponemah in Fenton. I did a search but it didnt bring much usefull info up....anyway I would like to target walleye in there but dont really have a starting point. Any info would be appreciated greatly....you can PM if you like . I wont share any spots with anyone or post any of your "earned info"

Landlocked alewife population in there.  Going to be all about trolling the basins.

Fish them through the ice just like you do crappies.  But you'll have to move to find them. ;)

Start with a map of the lake, I have fished this lake once before and had limited success.

Yeah in a boat im sure I could find em.....I heard about the alwives in there....Hmmm ? running and gunning eh ? I can do that. Thanks.

Ilooked at the map on the DNR site but the number seemed all wack.....The lake seems featureless except a few islands.

check out Google earth too, you'll see more structure.
