If this forecast holds the ice is going to take a beating the next 10 days that is the forecast for Winchester. Let's pray it don't get as warm as it's looking. I was on 9-13in in Goshen Saturday it's now under 9in at the same spot and top half is Honeycomb to s*** and very soft

I hope it holds til friday, I really wanna get 1 more trip in before the end. What do you think?

I suspect if you go to some of the smaller spots up there you'll be fine.

Thanks man,I'm gonna give it a try. Worst case I drove an hour for nothing., but I figure there's enough lakes up that way to find something.

If you struggle in Goshen just keep going.  There is more ice up here in Colebrook. 

If it makes you feel better I had a lovely 6 hour ride this year for squat...worse is there was ice in the spot the week before I went!

OK sounds good to me . And  wow 6 hours and no ice I would definitely not be happy , an hour up and an hour back is a small price to pay after hearing that.

Should be good judging by amount of ice I found on Black Rock this morning. (12"+)

It was an adevnture...fishelese but fun.
