Cold is coming—but the wind is coming with it.  Long range shows warmth again after next weekend.

Looks like a nice boost to the north and west parts of the state. For the rest of us it'll probably be just a tease. Good ice making weather for 3-4 days followed by right back to the 40s in my area. I plan on making the most of it this coming Sunday and I bet million other people will have the same idea especially since there won't be any football.

Just 2 days below freezing for me on south shore then 40+ after that, put it in the books this is a North Carolina winter
