Title: Metal Rides Again

It has began to start! I saw one on a pond ice fishing. Three out of Four places I stoped at had a skim to 2 inches. I was in the .....W...... Corner. That is a famous spot so I think you now were I was. Hour north of Hartford. Hoping to be ice fishing second weekend of Jan.

Cwood yesterday.  40 to 42 degree surface temps.  Warmest in New Milford and colder in Danbury which was interesting.  Only one other boat on the lake which was real nice.  Dead livescope battery made for a slower day.

Couple guys on Winchester yesterday. I agree long range forecast we will be making ice again Dec 30,31 and Jan 1,2. Just hope we can string along a few more cold nights. Should be good to go by Jan 6-10..?.. fingers crossed!   :tipup:
