Fished a old strip pond yesterday. Ice was in really good shape 12" still. It had re-frozen and locked back to the shore.
There was 2 of us and most the fish hit in the first hour (8:00-9:00am) then it really died. Took 3 more hours to get a
total of 24 keepers. This pond has some water moving thru it so the oxygen level has held up I believe and helped
with getting any active fish.
