Otsego and Cobleskill area...

I’m working in Cobleskill and plan on hitting Otsego, any pointers on otsego and places close to Cobleskill would be greatly appreciated.

Summit lake is close to Cobleskill
Panfish, Bass and the occasional bullhead. There's also the Franklinton Vly. Outside of Middleburg.

No prob there's also Schnevus lake same as I said panfish and some big Bass. Good luck and have fun ice was fine at both places.

Canadarago lake is not that much further from otsego.

mallet pond is a hike but it has trout
vly pond is good but not deep.
there is bear gulch pond.
fancher pond

if you want to fish Otsego Lake  Hyde Bay out of glimmerglass has a good variety,  if you want lakers go to 3 mile point

canadrago has short perchbut it can be fun.  go out of bakers beach or the state boat launch

Thank you guys for the info, I went out of glimmerass tonight... only marked a few fish... looking for lakers... I have a machine so getting to a spot isn’t hard... thanks again!

hey all, just found the site and thanks for all the info so far. windburned, goodyear lake is another one to try. ive had some luck there on panfish

not looking for any secret spots or anything but is there public access on summit and schenevus lake? thanks and tight lines
