Not sure but almost everytime I go to the Iowa board there is a banner down at the bottom of the page assuming it is an ad banner. Says:
On a budget, boxed in shake your mouse over this banner.
Well everytime this banner comes up it locks up my browser for a minute or two till I finally get out of the IA forum. It pops up every now and again on other forums but alot on the IA forum. Anyway to remove this banner as it is starting to get old having my browser lock up and not being able to see the IA forum.
