Snowshoe ski resort here in WV received 9" of snow Sunday,temps in the 70's this week ???

Telluride Colorado is getting !2" tonight. Were down in the 50's today and and the rest of the week. Lows in the 30's where I ice fish.

Come on down, Or up in your case. I still wont be ice fishing until the second week in December, well maybe sooner if I had a snowmobile. Heavy rain today with snow in the mountains. I am 45 minutes away from the 10k + feet areas. Those will ice up by mid to late November.

Well they changed the high for my area to 49 tomorrow and that means below freezing in the mountains for sure.

Winter Storm watch for tonight on the whole Western Slope of Colorado. This is where i live.

We have only dropped below the magic mark of +32 deg. F at night a couple of times here in N.W. Montana. The earliest we will have fishable hard water will be mid December... If we are lucky. Wish us luck!

Rick, I'm amazed looking at your temperature thing. Waaay down here we got out first frost warning for the season tonight....if there was precipitation we'd be getting snow! That's okay, no time to shovel while I'm fishing.  ;)

But then we're supposed to have 70's for the weekend! Huh???  :'(

We got good snow down around the 3500 foot mark right now.  Close is an understatement right now.
