Not sure yet today but yesterday -16 on truck thermometer when I put the decoys in at 6 AM.  Reservoir in NE Colorado.

Due to severe weather, the Thruway is closed IN BOTH DIRECTIONS between Exit 46, Rochester, and Exit 59, Dunkirk. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
