Title: -20 and we are headed to Hidden Lake

Iced and myself are headed to Hidden lake for a two day trip down the kenai penninsula. I will be driving a grey crew cab chevy with Custom Deck stickers on it. If anyone is out stop by and say hello. Not sure if we can drive on the lake or not. I will report back with ice conditions and if we have any luck.

I have a friend who has a hut on Echo Lake...her Name is Sarah and she is a firefighter in Paramedic school at the Kenai Community College.

Well were back from the trip. It was the coldest weather I have ever fished in. Consistently -35 to -40. We stood outside with no heater or icehouse for two days down there. We did manage 5 lake trout for the trip. Iced managing 4 of those, and only one for me. All the fish were healthy looking and over 20". I am sure Iced will have a detailed trip report. Ice is 11 to 15 inches, with the most around explorer island.

Burrrrrrrrrrrrr! But that's whay they call it ICE fishing.  Good job!
