Has anyone been fishing Bowman Haley Dam. I have never been there before but thought I might try it this winter?

Like the other guy said hit and miss. Best times seem to be sunrise to about 9. And 330pm to about 630. Then from 8-9pm again.

Okay thanks for the info. Is it a very good lake for panfish as well as walleye?

You might catch a perch or two.
