fiskas jigs
« on: Nov 02, 2010, 01:34 PM »
Good afternoon all,
i recently added a handful of wolfram fiskas tungsten jigs to the aresenal. The paint jobs are very nice and i like the heaviness of them. I wondered though, it seems as though they are made on really fine wire hooks...Anybody that has fished these had any issues? I appreciate any comments. Thanks,Chris

It is the #1 jig in my box, the tungsten jig is great been looking at them this week with the idea of placing a order the next week or so.   Me personally I have not had any issue with the hooks, sometimes paint in the eyelet but nothing unuall there either

where do you guys order them from? I couldn't find them.

I have a couple that I used last year. Didn't have any problems with them, so I picked up a couple more for this year  ;D.

I got mine from GM.

yourbobbersdown is the place to get them (i would give you a link, but the site wont let me)

they have a huge selection, been using them for years, and they are quality product, no issues with the hook, and I beat them up pretty good

They are my go to jigs since last year.  Even caught pike with them while fishing for panfish and the hook held up.  Just don't horse them in, and you wont have any problems with the hook.

Great jigs. I have had a problem with 1 jig out of the dozen or so that I have. That problem was it didn't catch a fish the first time I dropped it down the hole ! The hooks are great and they just plain catch fish !

Best jigs out there hands down.  Hammers panfish and trout, glow red is the best color for here.
