-
-41* on Clark Canyon with a 9mph wind.
Seems like when it gets cold the wind doesn't even want to blow, but apparently it's always blowing on Old Reliable.

Might make a bit of ice on Elmo and Big Arm if it sticks around for a while.

BCKyle, was in your town one morning when it was -38 trying to pull the starter rope on a 700 snowmachine. Went for breakfast and let the sun do its work.

Didn't stop me from working today, but I'm definitely fishing tomorrow!
I'll take this -30 all day long rather than that 40+ bs we had last couple weeks....
Now........ where to go tomorrow.......
Decisions.... :-\

;) I blame Al Gore for all of this! Where's my sweet, sweet, toasty glow-ball warming! brrrrrrrrr ;D
-
I blame mother nature for giving us such a WARM January, for payback now!!! Montana weather sure isn't the way I remember it being like, for my 50 + years of living here, what ever you want to call it,a state of weather "EXTREMES" may be the most fitting!
-
global warming has many repercussions....its about the earth being out of balance..it is extremes..it doesn't mean that just because we are experiencing life time record lows that the global warming susayers ...such as "al gore" are nuts....it means much more....don't be a fool and ridicule the supposed liberal rhetoric..global warming is a concern... a serious...serious concern...but might as well fish and treat the ones you love greatly....swim out past the breaker and watch the world......

Saw this thread earlier. Had to comment on an MSM (liberal) article yesterday that said the cold spells across the country are due to global warming, using some kind of twisted "logic".

I'm not sure why global climate change has to be so political. Get outside politics and look at the science. It's pretty obvious things are a little out of whack. One cold spell or severe snowstorm does not a trend make. May have opened a can of worms with this one.
-
No your right snow one. Weather itself is very unpredictable but the climate however is reasonably predictable with global climate change models hooked up to super computers basically inputting huge amounts of variables. Besides you can't put 7 billion+ people on the earth and expect nothing to change. It's funny to see the pictures on Facebook or the news that show a snowy cold day that says global warming isn't happening. But I will get off my soap box now! ;D

there has been global warming since the last ice age
it isnt our fault!
