Went with rectangle cooler ( Engel ) for minnows. Installed wire rack to hold 4 large tackle/ lure con
tainers. Seat (bucket ) doubles as fish holder. Two rod racks for Jawjacker rods and 42 inch long poles. Ice transport bag contains 5 short finesse rods. Front containers have small lure containers pin mins , etc. Holder for Ice auger. Absolutely holds all my crap which is a minor miracle.
Won't take a full load every time. What I do take will be determined as to when and where . Will be set for whatever plan comes my way this year. All I ask for is a reasonable length ice season

what about shelter? i don't see it.
you could swap the sled for a flip shanty and do about the same thing.

Flip shanties don't pull well in deep snow this does. In Ohio we are not permitted any vehicles on the ice exception Lake Erie. Finally I do not like flip overs too confining. Prefer pop ups which I can tote on my back or throw on top of sled.
With the integral seating intrinsic to all pull overs it seriously limits the amount you can stow. I know I tried quite a few in the past. Was kinda stuck with them until the pop ups came on market.
But to each their own.

Nice job! Looks like it has been well thought out. Hopefully you have a great season!
