Skaguay Fishing on Sunday!!

Went up to skaguay on sunday to see how the fishing was and it was great. Me and my girl caught fish all day. She caught five and i caught somewhere around 20. a couple of them were bigger but mostly stockers so it was fun. The ice was about 6 inches so it is plenty safe to go out on. The sun was out all day and there were no clouds but really windy. overall, it was a good day of fishing.

Thanks for the report. I am thinking about taking a ice fishing newbie there next week. Did you catch or see any body catch pike?

saw one pike swim under the holes but other than that just trout.. I have seen some big pike come out of there and have seen some people catch some smaller ones ice fishing. only one other person was out on the lake with a hut so i don't know how they did.
