North Manistique

Hell my name is Chris, I live in Indiana.  A group of us take a trip to fish the Curtis area every January, we've had marginal success on the big lake and south lake, but we've never fished the north lake.  I was hoping for some information about that lake.  If anyone has anything to offer I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks for your time and have a great day.

Hey Chris,

 A friend of mine and I fished there  about eight years ago, rented a nice little cabin right on the lake

 We caught 100’s of 4 inch perch,
 We put the aqua view camera down and it was almost comical to see that the bottom of the lake was covered with small perch.
 We never caught any that you would consider keepers and we didn’t catch any other species in a week of fishing   

  Big and south Manistique were loaded with fisherman, we never saw another soul out on North.

Hi Chris,  wife and I will be there on Big Manistique from Jan. 16th-23rd. When are you all going? Where are you staying?

We will be there that same time, my buddy and his wife have a home in Engadine that's where we stay.
