I got out Saturday morning with my bro. No water on the ice was a surprise. Got 10 traps out and the action started slow, but heated up fast. Caught some large yellow perch on tip ups. Had some larger bait for Pike, but never saw any of those. Flags on the pike bait resulted on dropped bait. We decided to drop the jig rods down when this would happen and it resulted in a nice perch. Great morning on the ice with my bro and some nice fillets for dinner.[/img]
