Gear is dried out and put away for another season. If some miracle happens and ice comes back, it's only 30 minutes to get everything out again. Getting the long poles ready for the end of next week when its 48-50 degs in my area. Ice should be gone on the small ponds where I fish.

I doubt it'll come back with the way this winter had gone so far, but I just have gear tucked by the garage door just in case. 🤷♂️ I usually don't get it all into storage mode until the end of February.
It was short, but the fishing was pretty decent more days than not, so it could have been worse.

Can’t fish long rods here - too muddy and too high.

Same, local rivers are blown out with some mild flooding this week. It'll be a while before they're fit to boat.
