tangle hubs on clam vista shelter

Does anyone have a cure for hubs tangled on a clam shelter. my clam vista is locked up tight and I can't find any way to un-do it. I'm really PO'd. It was windy when I took it down and I was alone. When I tried to put it up after returning home, I was shocked to find it was tangle locked and I could not get it set up to dry out. That should not be and no cure was given in the instructions.

i would try calling the people that sold it to you. Personally....i would never own a clam product ...ever. Had very poor luck with their products more than once.
