i added that to mine and then removed it. raised my head too close to the tent

have you looked into bleacher seats?
canoe/kayak seats?

Are you talking about the swivel seat that Clam uses now. if you are then call Clam's customer service and talk to them about ordering just the swivel seat from them. I know guys have done this with the Kenai houses so they would have a back rest but still be able to fold the seat flat so they could put a travel cover on the house.

the closest one to that is the Deluxe seat that Clam has. the swivel seat that I was thinking of is the one that is now used in the scout and the scout exp  and the nanook.
