Snyone fish it in the summer.... Ive heard whitefish can be had wondering if i can do it from  a kayak

Ludington off the boat ..  protective pier heads ? Live minnows?  On light line and light hooks ?

I fish it all the time in the summer from a 20' with down riggers. I bought a pedal kayak late in the season. Tried once waves threw me off ! I was using a lead core line setup and spinners . trolling marked a lot of fish got 1 nice smally
