Title: #5 Rapala with Maramooska dropper

Recently a derby was won on my lake with this setup.  I'm assuming this is a jigging Rapala tipped with wax worms and a maramooska jig up the line a few feet tipped with same.  Am I correct in this assumtion?????????  If not, enlighten me???????  What is a dropper?????

My guess is that the marmooska was hanging from the bottom of the lure, on a short piece of line....
