A guy killed himself going under that bridge many years ago on an ATV... going too fast with no helmet.

I remember that. Wasn't the story that it had snowed while he was out there so he didn't quite have the same clearance driving back to his truck?

Questions about access...

Is ‘Rogers Memorial Park’ in Bolton Landing a good place to access the lake?

It’s hard to find a lot of info on how to get on lake George

Thank you

Be careful of the bubbler the town puts in by the docks. I almost went for a swim one year.  :P

I know this is a long shot but my buddy and I fished Harris bay tonight . We were the last ones off the ice . We helped each other load our shacks and headed our separate ways. His tailgate fell down somewhere along his way home . Shanty , flasher , everything he owned fell off his truck . If anyone hears anything please let me know .

That's a good man!  Hopefully it's the gear in question.  That's one plus of social media.

I saw the fb post and shared it to my fishing page, one of our followers directed me here. Hoping it all works out! Send LGjeff a message and told the guy on fb should be getting a pm once he gets my message.

It was defininitely on the way back in, everybody though it was odd that he already went under on the way out. Now that I think about it, it was getting dark and snowing pretty heavy and he couldn't see along with less clearance.

How pronounced was the fork in the tail? It looks like a really light laker. It's not a LL salmon or brown or brookie, coloration is really off to be a splake (plus no dots in the spots)
