Flat horn figure eight

I want to go into figure eight this Sunday. Does anyone know if the refuge is open? I heard it was after the last snow storm. Now I have ben told there is no longer a foot of snow and it is closed? Has anyone heard this? If it is indeed closed has anyone been into redshirt this year? I have not fished red shirt in over 20 years and if anyone could give advice as to what part to fish on it it would be appreciated. I would much rather hit figure eight but only if it is legal, as a ticket would be expensive! Has anyone gone down to Trapper lake yet this year? Is there enough snow? Any advice on conditions will be much appreciated. Thanks Viktor

If it already isn't closed it will be soon, as you know the highs will be close to 40 for the next 4 days. Call DNR to be sure, also check on Redshirt cause I'm pretty sure it's the same deal there with the snow.
