New to this site....

Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and am getting ready for this season of ice fishing! I built an ice shanty that folds and got an adapter for the auger so I can use an 18V cordless to drill the holes. Can't wait to get out on the ice but want to be safe at the same time. Any reports on how thick the ice is at Magic, Salmon Falls, Walcott, or Dierkes? Thanks for any info!

wallcott is 5 to 8 inches and fishing is slow.  was in sportsman's today and the word there was a lot of magic is still open but there fishing by the dam and some coves at the upper end  oh and welcome aboard  ;D
