 I once made a glow in the dark deke, don't know if it worked tho as I fumbled it into the hole trying to put it on, sank into the bottom muck and never saw it again , and have'nt made another yet.  The lighted decoys at DHSS, are kinda spendy, hate to fumble one of those!  I've heard several reports from people using AquaView cameras, and having fish come into the LED's (or the perch shaped camera??) and I think it would definitley be worth exploring a lit deke
