If you're talking about Cyrstal Cove lake in Dakota county it is still listed on the public waters section of the fishing guide.

Crystal Lake IS listed in the NGPC Public Areas Map (South of the Airport/Sioux City)but has never had a report on the Nebraska Ice Map.

"Ownership" or Management is NOT listed and may require permission to fish it.

Crystal Cove is stocked with trout, there are numerous small blue gills, some crappie, perch, and cat fish.  It is a great place to take small kids, I have never been skunked.

There is open water on the North End
