Some good lil pan friers. The ponds are starting to get a skiff of ice on them now, tick tock...
In a lil while we be drilling holes in the ice..

1 1/2 inches at shore. I could boat across and get to the shady side of the lake, I'm sure it would be thicker there..

im still half holding onto the fly rod and flies but it looks to be slipping away back into its case for the winter soon.

Wow it’s been a long time since I chatted on here. The ice isn’t getting here fast enough it looks like I might have to hit One Island or Charlie for early season fishing. Hopefully the ice gets here quickly

Very thin ice so far this year. Some fish on the hard water here in Prince George. Recent rain and warm weather is going to set us all back a bunch.. No cold weather in the near future..

Any day now. -12, -14 overnight and all the cracking going on the lake. The pings and pongs sound like whales some times. Almost 2 inches now.
