I guess it depends on where your from. I ordered something from them that shipped 8hrs west of me. I used the economy shipping and i took two weeks (10 business days) to get to me, 8hrs away..

Same here. I think I've placed 6 or 7 orders this ice season. Probably 1 more before ice out, then I've already got a spring purchase in mind.

I think it has more to do with location and the company they chose to ship with.

On the east coast there doesnt appear to be any central hubs for Fedex, whom is who they use for their economy shipping. This slows the whole process.

Some may say thats not FishUSA's fault. But in fact, they did chose fedex so it does come back to them.

Having worked in a shipping department we used multiple vendors (Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc) for shipping depending on where it was going in the country to get it there the quickest.

FishUSA should invest a little more time and money into investigating different options to get customers their products in a timely manner. If they want repeat business from a large section of the country that is..

All of my orders except one have came USPS first class (4 days to Iowa), the other came USPS priority (3 days). Cannot complain one bit about free shipping now-a-days. Its the reason I keep ordering from them, even if the prices are a few cents higher on the items, its still cheaper than paying $8-$10 for shipping on small orders.

Ditto...I wanted some micro slick jigs without paying 5.99 or better to ship them (they all fit in a small padded envelope).

Ordered them Monday, they were delivered in Montana on Thursday.

Just got another delivery (3 days - NJ) and one of the lures was wrong.  Called customer service and before I could finish explaining what was wrong, the rep said sorry and they would be sending another one out today.
