Cabela's GORE-TEX GuidewearŪ Xtreme Late-Season Bibs.  Got them 25% off in December.  They are super comfortable and warm.  The knee padding is great for hole hopping.
Get outside.  It does a body and mind good!

Caved and bought a 6" K-Drill today.  Had to test it immediately on the way home.  @)  I'm not saying it's the best auger for everyone, but I LOVE IT!

Humminbird Ice-35 this season. Last season it was a Frabil shelter. One of the last suitcase style ones still around (though I don't think it is anymore).

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I sold my three other shelters and went to an Otter XT Pro Resort. They are well built.

Tried out my new Striker Hardwater bibs yesterday. Always wore my carharts and figured it was foolish to spend that much for a pair of fishing bibs. I was wrong, these things are great. I may have to get the parka now too.

i picked up a couple Okuma Alaris reels and i'm totally hooked. the drag is smooth, the anti-reverse is instant, they have tons of line capacity, and i'll probably be replacing all my spinning reels with these over the course of the year.

i tend to be pretty harsh on reels. the majority of the reels i have will be used 12 months a year, every year until the reel gives up the ghost. and where i have a pretty small budget, my choice is either to buy one quality reel a year or 3 mediocre reels a year. i still have to give the Okuma Alaris the longevity test, but my immediate impression is that they're a fantastic reel under $40.
