Guys,

Pinheads or crappie minnows are about an inch to an inch and a half right?

Yes, and there other kinds that everyone seems to have met at least one of at work somewhere along the line.    ;D

Size of your pinky finger usually and good point lobes plenty of them at work and sometimes on the ice ;D
