I was actually out there today 1/17 and yesterday 1/16. The ice was solid everywhere I drilled, anywhere from 4-8 inches. There were tents all over both days so Im assuming it was safe all over. Caught a bunch of crappie and bluegill in about 8 feet near brush and saw a couple muskies that spooked all the panfish away for a bit. Talked to a couple of guys who grabbed a couple walleyes.
