you need to drain all the gas, and then fill fresh, treat teh fuel with stabil, (double the regular dose) then run the machine for awhile, getting all the hoses and carb flushed with the fresh stuff, then you should be good.  I have a grizzly 660 and when I was in Maine I never had issues with freezing, but I also used premium, and stabilized the heck out of it as soon as it hit the tank!  good luck

plus you need to heavily stabilize the fuel, and run it for awhile..... to clear out all the carb and fuel lines..

Drain all the old gas. Fill up with fresh gas and add a can of seafoam.

it's the only fuel stabilizer I use that works. I can put a can in my atvs tank and have it sit all winter and it starts in the spring no problem.

If you are just treating the gas , go with 1/8 of a can or if you are trying to make something run better, use a half a can or more!

Most machines also have carb heaters on them. If you have two wires coming off the bottom of the carb, then you have one. Just turn the key to the on position and walk away for ten minuets. Make sure to turn off the lights though, they may drain the battery too much. But that should help you with really cold starts. I know it works well for me.

Are you saying that your wheeler is just not starting in very cold weather?  That can be different from freezing up.
A lot of wheelers have problems in the winter (especially new machines) with the oil in the crank case.  If they are
using summer time oil say 10W30...  The oil sensor detects no oil, because it is very thick and does not flow well,
hence the atv's brains says "don't start there is no oil".  This problem is easily fixed, by putting in some 5W30
atv oil, or 0W40 atv oil.  You just drain it out, and leave the filter in....  No more problems this winter....

its the reason I use AMSOIL 0w40 synthetic in my machine, its the year round oil, good for up to 120, and good for extreme cold..

Another vote for Marine Stabil, Amsoil 0W-40 Synthetic and gasoline without ethanol(lately the only kind without ethanol is premium). 7 years doing this in mine and no problems(knock on wood).  Fin

i have my 01 rubicon in an unheated garage as well, i use it for plowing. never freezes up. just takes over 10m to warm up

i think you should change gas stations, might be time for a gas tank cleaning, carb rebuild etc...
