First year so forgive the ignorance - I reread the tournament thread and couldn’t find what I was looking for in the rules...

Are these the “tournament cards?”  We just print one of these, doesn’t matter which one, and put it with our fish beside the rule when we make a submission?

These are the tournament cards. Print one or all and make sure a card is included with the fish and rule picture.  ;D

Is it ok to cover them in clear tape like window tape so they are waterproof...  I'm notorious for dropping stiff in my hole lol

As long as it's readable in the picture. You may get glare off of it so check the picture and/or take several pictures.

I use to go to Staples and get it laminated for $2.00 .  ;)

I cover mine with 2 strips of 2" clear tape front and back and they hold up great!

I still do!  Well, OfficeMax.  It was $3 this year for the thick stuff.
