Specific ice conditions after the weather are going to keep people tight lipped. Edges will have taken a beating and holes opened up everywhere. However, plainfield is the first area in the state to freeze and there were reports of 10+ inches recently. Bring a plank and you should be able to get out anywhere in that area, just need to spud carefully and be very careful of washed out holes.

Massive holes last year! 28" across! Man swallowers!  Not saying there is any now, but they were huge last year!

looked good yesterday!  ova a foot on most lakes here some edges are bad !!!!!!!!
