Wait a minute...was the water below Rockport completely shut off and the entire flow between Rockport and Echo stopped? That might just be the absolute best fly fishing section in UT...certainly my favorite go-to.
Was planning on fishing there this Saturday evening downstream of Judd Lane.

What a bunch of hosers.....
