Accuweather forecast.....

 Their saying a big warm up next weekend and it will continue through the end of the month. Just when you think were turning the corner. WOW !!! I sure hope their wrong, but they have been right on so far  :-\ :-\ :-\

This is insane. We even had to postpone our trip to Wisconsin because the lake we frequent didn't have safe ice. Hoping February is a really, really cold one.

I've seen the same forecast on 4 different weather sites. This really sucks. What a kick in the gut.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Last night the weather dude said, and I quote, "the blow torch returns next week". That can't be good. Still trying to stay positive! It's not even February yet.

 What might save us are the low temps. I will be out on Saturday to check the Ice at what I call my honey hole. The highs and lows through the weekend should lock things up real nice and make things safe.

The weather man tonight said the forecast has changed. It was suppose to be in the 50's Sunday. Now he's saying low 30's!! Hope it doesn't change again.

As long as it changes for the good of the ice! Where I am at it is 14 feels like 9 with a low of 8. Thursday they are talking a low of 2! Never thought I would be so excited to see single digit temps!  ;D

It must be tough to be a wweatherman alls they have to do is say well that went north or that went south. LOL I skipped deer hunting to go sit on the ice cause he way this years going not going to miss a day. I plan on dragging the hut and auger with me Friday to work and stopping on way home. May not leave the ice until Saturday!!1
