Here are a few pics from a recent 2 day trip to Lake Oneida. We had a great first day with 56 slop perch and 12 big smallies. The second day was a bit slow with only 14 big perch and another 4 smallies and 1 pike. Not a bad first time on the lake.

Nice fish! Oneida sure does have some slops in it. Today i caught two that almost broke my jigging rod.....

A whoping 4 and 6 inches lol.

Nice job guys. I had planned to hit Oneida on Saturday, but something came up and the trip got cancelled.

We were fishing out of Chapman Park 9/10 of a mile out to the right a bit. 31 fow yes that is the CB hat from the Syracuse show. I know the CB Girls and they hooked me up good. Love that lake but next time we are going to try and bring a 4 wheeler. Dragging that far in the snow and 30 plus mph winds was tough.

That's my minnow dip net in my bucket that makes the entire bucket look orange. Very perceptive to notice. I didn't even see that until you posted that question.

Shhhh - it's a secret, but independent lab tests confirm that minnows swimming in orange gatoraide outperform minnows on regular water alone...

YES!!!!!!!!!!! now there are some nice fish and some nice pictures guys! keep those pictures coming! lets get some more before its over. BAD weather for us ice fisherman!
