Does anyone know if there is a shop or individual who repairs reels.??

I send all my trolling reels to tuna toms reel repair in luddington Michigan.very reasonable,even with the shipping,he does quality work and has a fast turn around.google or call 231-907-0052.all you do is download the repair form off the site,package up your reels and ship them to him.
