Many of you have asked for Sweetie's awesome Cajun Laker Recipe. Here goes:
Grilled Cajun Trout (Or Salmon) Combine the ingredients into a crumbly rub, and rub into both sides of the steaks.
4 Steaks, cut 1" thick Grill on BBQ for 5 -6 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flaky,
1 tablespoon Chile Powder or bake on a rack over a drip pan at 425 F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!!
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
