Upper Red Lake

Just read in the Outdoor News that the Red Lake band is looking to reclaim the east portion of URL as part of their reservation.  Doesn't appear the state of Minnesota is being involved, they are strictly dealing with the Feds. 

Weird thing is I have heard nothing on this issue.  It's a friggin big deal, and the logistics of homeowners and business owners on the lake will be a disaster.  Anyone know anything more on this?  It's been well under the radar.
