Ice fishing the souris river?

Hi i'm new here and was wondering does anyone ice fish the souris river between Minot and towner If you do what do you catch ???

Not sure if anybody fishes that thru the ice but I know the flood a few years back put alot of decent sized walleye in the river up by Burlington.

Okey thanks. I caught a 4 lb northern pike at velva ice fishing 5 weeks ago.  ;D

If you fish the river the ice below the cofferdam the ice isn't very good for about 4 blocks. and the ice above the cofferdam was about 7" to 10" to with in half a block from the cofferdam. ;)

I will be staying right by the bridge while I am tyere but I think I may go up and fish in burlington.  Caught lots of walleye there last summer

Me and my dad caught 6 4 to 6lb northern pike right by the bridge yesterday. ;D

Main street bridge in Velva?  If so I will actually be staying about a block from there next month.  Might have to give it a shot but I am really wanting to chase the eyes up in burlington

   Yes that's the Main street bridge in Velva.  caught 2 northern pike to day 1 2lb and 1 6lb  and lost one that felt like it was 8lb >:( :'(

Nice.  I had a change in plans and ended up stayin in Burlingtin.  Havent made it out fishing yet either
